NASA's Earth Observatory Natural Event Tracker: wildfires, volcanoes, severe storms, floods, droughts, dust events and sea and lake ice, curated in near real time from the agencies that observe them. This Airnode wraps it, so a consumer receives what EONET was tracking at a moment with a signature saying this Airnode read it then, which is what an event feed needs: whether something was burning is a question about a time.
An event is a thing happening somewhere, with a list of positions rather than one. A wildfire's list is its growth, a storm's is its track, and each entry carries the date it was observed and, where the observing agency published one, a magnitude in that magnitude's own unit. An event stays open until EONET closes it, and closed carries the date that happened.
EONET curates rather than observes. Every event names the source that reported it and links to that source's own record, which is where a consumer goes for the detail EONET does not carry. This Airnode serves the events and that link, and deliberately not EONET's imagery layers, since the imagery is somebody else's under terms of its own.

Every response carries an EIP-191 signature from the Airnode that served it, so the data can be attributed back to its source rather than trusted on reputation.
Served at https://airnode-eonet.fly.dev/. The two requests below are everything the endpoint speaks, and each can be sent from this page. What comes back is verified right here in the browser.
